I love this shirt! Forever 21 has been producing clothes that are a lot more detail oriented, and I love it! This is my new top from there, and the ruffle on the sleeves and the crisscross on the back with the buttons are so cute. And also unexpected!

I’m wearing: new F21 blouse, old F21 shorts, random red and pink tights, BCBG booties, and my go-to F21 gold necklace.
