Hello everyone.=)
Before everything, thank you, thank you, thank you so much for supporting our “A WINTER’S TALE” project. It means so much to us. Thank you very much.
It was a cold day, i was shaking even hours after the shoot that even though im not really a good drinker, (i usually drink Bailey’s, or b52 if there’s something special to celebrate. And a few Millers, 4 bottles and im done.) i had 2 vodka Martini that day to get warm. But now knowing that you’re there, as always, to give simple appreciation, i tell you this, i would do it all over again.=) So thank you, thank you so much.
Unfortunately, i and the photographer decided that this will be the finale of our little series. The other two pictures were fine but they’re more “Photography” rather than “fashion”. But if you’re interested, you can go and see them in my blog once i am updated as i will do the entire series there again but with more photos.
So, yes.=) We give you the final photo we called “NOT A GOOD DAY TO WALK THE DOGS”. As you all know, we have 2 doggies named Sqweezy (Poodle) and Jedi (Pekingese), the loves of my life. And Sqweezy is one difficult dog. Very clever and sweet but she has her moments. She counts the days and if you dont walk her for more than 2 days, expect her to be really annoying. She’d whine and moan and cry and bark to make a point. So my husband always tries to clear his morning schedules to squeeze in Sqweezy. That’s also the reason why we chose to live in an apartment next to the boulevard where people are allowed to walk their dogs. So we spend 2 hours in the morning for Sqweezy (Jedi, the one in the picture, is too, let’s just say, innocent or naive, to know what’s going on.He doesnt mind not walking and he doesnt mind walking as well.) So i take that chance as well to run for half an hour, 1 hour if its a good day. But instead of dressing up in my usual jogging pants and filthy, ancient running shoes, we chose an outfit that we often see in our streets. Some women here walk their dogs in wow outfits, high heels, designer clothes, huge sunnies and floppy hats. They choose small dogs so they can actually walk the dog and not being pulled around. Ah, i have a pitbull named Bin (laden) and he’s huge! And you dont walk that dog, he walks you! So yes, that’s the inspiration behind our last photo, a Russian lady (i know i dont look Russian at all!) all dressed up for the dog parade only to find out she wont be able to wear the high heels.=)
Wearing my first Balmain piece, lace and with the trademark shoulders. Paired with skirt by Alaia, both from Aizel, my favourite store in my area where Olesha works and where they serve tea! =) Their tea there is better than anywhere else for some reason, maybe because you’re sitting on a red velvet sofa and surrounded by pretty things. =) i go there sometimes even if i dont have money, just the smell of the clothes, bags and shoes makes me high.=) Shoes from Dubai, designer called Stella Luna. I dont know the label but when i got inside the store, i knew i had to get a pair. I bought 2 as i thought it’s like H&M, it’ll be months again before i see them. So i bought these shoes in 2 styles, black and leopard. You’ll meet them soon. =) Hat by Guess, over sized pearl sunglasses by Chanel, black heart earrings by Topshop and necklace by For Love 21, i still dont know if that’s forever 21. Sorry.=( We hope you like our last photo. That’s all that matters.=)
