Sad, sad news today about Alexander McQueen’s passing away. He was an incredible style inspiration to me, his looks were beautiful, fun and imaginative. Out of respect I’m wearing the only McQueen piece I own, a shirt from his Go International collection with Target. I love the print on this shirt, but, to be honest, it’s not a flattering fit on me. Especially the sleeves, I think they make my arms look awful. I was planning on just framing the shirt for my bedroom wall, but because of his passing I decided to wear it out one last time before it goes into the frame.
I know the way I’m laughing in the picture doesn’t go with the somber tone of this post at all, but it’s because my dog is peeing directly out of frame while this shot was being taken. What a clown.
I also included a closer shot of my haircut. I brushed it up on the left side today so the super short part is more noticeable instead of leaving hair hanging over it like I usually do. I thought it went a little more with the rocker theme.
