Well, a few months back I modeled for the brand, COLLEZIONE C2 ‘s new collection! :) And now the photos are finally up on numerous malls such as Rockwell, Glorietta 3, Market Market and Festival Mall so far! :) I swear I’m hella psyched for the rest of them to come out!
Anyway, I spoke all about Collezione in one of my previous blog posts entitled Thrilla Manila but here is what I said:
These are designs (I know I said dress previously) by RHETT EALA the great mind behind COLLEZIONE C2! He started that cool trend of putting the Philippine map on clothes which is a big phenomenon here in Manila. From long tube dresses, to polos, to tee’s, to sweaters/hoodies, to shorts and now bags!! Collezione has gone a long way from when it first started! He will literally put the Philippines on the map! ;)
Let me quote Rhett Eala on describing what this line is all about, “We came up with a brand out to make Filipinos proud to wear our clothing by fusing art, fashion and nationalism. We want it to be the universal clothing brand of Filipinos, and more importantly, we’re out to make nationalism hip again.”
Other than that, I was running errands today (like taking a peak at the Collezione Rockwell branch) and well I passed by Greenbelt 5, and guys behind Manila Street Style I was so flattered to have been approached by them while I was just waiting for my car to come get me and they took shots of what I wore today :) I’ll most definitely post the photos here once they’re up! :)
