The favorite go-to for superheros the world over: capes, have also been hitting the streets in mass this season. Now, I have had my own run-ins with capes and found them rather fussy; I mean, how do you hold your purse? What do you do about that cold gap of exposed skin? But I recently received a new vintage, cape and so I have decided to “kiss and make up” capes. After all, they do look special and all ages can rock them. The proper cape can be like wearing your most comfortable blanket out of the house.

Tips:
-don’t try to wear a shoulder bag or cross body bag, instead use a clutch
-wear long gloves to keep your arms warm
-DIY one with a long skirt or short skirt for a capelet

I've always been in love with capes, especially after "The Village" (those were some awesome cloaks!), so I'm happy that they are coming back! Hopefully I can find my perfect one.
