So, first, I just have to say how honored and excited I am to have won the Chictopia 10 contest! Thanks to everyone who voted chic and/or added my look as a favorite of theirs. It’s been a crazy whirlwind couple days—finding a plane ticket to NYC on short notice, got my hair cut, trying to plan out what I’m going to wear… And, I have to say, I’m soooo nervous! I don’t know what to wear! I’m almost tempted to wear what have been my favorite Chictopia posts, but that would be some kind of cheating! So, I’ll be doing some thrifting/vintage shopping in the next few days to throw together some fun things to wear.
Also, for anyone that is going to be in NYC for the conference, let me know if you are going to be staying in the city after the conference is over. I’ll be in NYC until Tuesday and want someone to play with!
So, this is the second look of my new black/white inspired series. I wish I had more to post, but the weather has been very gloomy so I just haven’t had any opportunity to take quality photos the past couple days, so I’ll have to re-wear my outfits so I can photograph them. I got these liquid leggings for Christmas and had been waiting and waiting to wear them, but they were a little baggy on me, so now I’m bummed out. I suppose I could try my luck at altering them…that might turn out horrifically!
