As part of a panel I recently called that bag "German midget fetish wear," likening it to a pair of pants. I did wonder why it seemed to have a crotch. But your description has changed my mind about it a bit. and not just because you're wearing it as a bra. Well, not entirely.

_Hey guys… it’s FASHIONWEEK!!!
And although I’m unable to be in New York this year for the festivities. I’m super stoked to introduce Chictopia’s official correspondant Connie, who will be bringing you the best from some of your favorite shows in and around Bryant Park.

Yo uglies! Connie here, your newest contributor to the blogs and your official liaison to this years’ NY S/S Fashion Week! I’m trying to get my duckies in a row before I leave for the New York (read: figuring out a way to sneak into Alexander Wang before Saturday) but I couldn’t leave without saying hello first! I’ll keep you folks up-to-date on what the hip kids are wearing to the tents, and what the hipper kids are showing inside.
As a broke-ass college student (Annabel and I actually took a class together freshman year, pre-Chictopia. Ah, nostalgia!), I can’t really afford to look like the Vogue girls at Bryant Park. But with a bit of bargain hunting, some key purchases and a little imagination, I hope I’ll be able to play chicken with some of the most daring sartorial superstars there.
My latest, most extravagant and favorite purchase to date is this Alexander Wang shoulder bag that just arrived in the mail today. The soft leather, tough hardware (and price, egads) is still making me misty eyed, and I plan on wearing this thing until the only thing left is a pile of zippers. My mother made a scrunchy face when I showed it to her online and said it looked like a pair of boobs. WELL MOM. MEET MY NEW BREAST FRIEND.
So, as an initiation of sorts (and since I’m a sucker for peer pressure), I’ll let you uglies peek into my bag to see how I’ll stay sane when I’m sprinting across Manhattan in my wooden platforms.
