Do you ever feel like you have to dress a certain way to fit in at different places? I feel like that at my new work. It’s quite casual there, but I really love dressing up for work and don’t want to just wear jeans!

This dress originally had an unflattering mid calf length skirt. I chopped it, took it in and used the extra pieces to create a ruffle around the bottom.
