Crazy Cat Lady

Paisley makes me think of two things: fortune tellers and crazy cat ladies. They both have an imagery that inspire me. Fortune tellers of course go with my carnivale/funfair obsession and crazy cat lady, well… it speaks for itself – granny outfits, clumsy layering and over the top twee accessories, three things often found in my daily outfits. So maybe if I had to pinpoint my style, I could say “crazy cat lady”.
Below is my latest experimentation of the genre, inspired by my paisley skirt from one of my favourite Etsy sellers, Clever Nettle.
