So, I’ve decided to start a personal style blog.
Through this blog, I WILL find my city style. I’m a recent Brooklyn transplant, grown fresh from Ohio. It didn’t take long for me to find out how much further I can push my creativity through my clothing!
I’ve just had an image of this outfit in my head. Having no denim cutoff shorts in NY (half of my life is still in Ohio), I went to Target and grabbed a clearance pair from the Converse One Star line. Home, scissors, shorts.

pS; Did I mention I’m completely silly? As in, accidentally entering a CONTEST for the Chictopia10 without even realizing how amazingly and awesomely amazing it sounds (gee, newbie)?! This has only been my first outfit post (of many!) and I can already see that this is an excellent, supportive and freakishly stylish community. My heart jumps with every comment, my mind races with every inspiring gal or guy and my mental closet shuffles images of what I can’t wait to wear next. I am so excited to become more a part of Chictopia. But, seeing as how I’m in NY anyway, I might just gate crash the party regardless of the outcome;D (no really, invite pls?)
