This is what I wore out last night to the bar. We were all tired from a long day of thrifting and target. And I mean long day. I got another two giant bags of stuff, plus a dress from the Target “GO” collection. After my friends went home I ventured to my usual haunt by myself, not ready to go home. I got a lot of comments on my hat/shoes/general “ness”. Some guy at the bar convinced me to give him the address to my blog. (silly bunny!) But I really do like being at bars by myself. Though, I must say I’m glad I’m not single in this town because there are sliiiim pickings. I am thoroughly convinced that I married the hottest guy in Chattanooga, but one would hope I think that what with the whole life long commitment.
I think that I’ve successfully moved away (for the time being) from my cutesy skirt/top/blazer thing. I probably will don it again on Monday, but it’s more of a school thing. This feels more like weekend drunk rabbit.
I think I might walk like a t-rex in these shoes. I try to remain my usual graceful (ha!) self, but since my stripper days are long behind me (j/k?), I am no longer adept at walking in the highest of stilettos. I believe Kora also has these shoes. I’m sure she walks in them much better than I do. I don’t usually have trouble with heels, but these took some getting used to.
EDIT: it’s not these shoes that Kora has, but some similar, equally uncomfortable looking booties.
