Fashion is like a board game- its no fun to play by yourself. I used to play with fashion in the solitude and comfort of my room, bouncing off ideas from the wooden wardrobe to the floor length mirror. And sure it was nice, but one can only go so far. The thing that sets fashion from every other aspect of society is that fashion is alive (as cliche as this sounds). It’s the stylish plant which thrives from global participation and inspiration. Chictopia may be a leaf on this plant but the difference it has already made is incredible. I come to Chictopia for inspiration. Because real people in real outfits mean so much more than magazine editorials.
