I got this shirt from Zara – was thinking about it for a while, as I already own a couple of cool plaid shirts, but the plaids on this one are just right,and the colours are perfect.
I wore it out yesterday in this semi-casual outfit which is all about the shade of colour. I like the combination of black with blue, especiallyif there is some texture/pattern play involved, so I layered the shirt over the bluish-purple leopard print tank dress, and added a scarf for a lighter touch. In a weird way, the hues came together very well. The rest of the ensemble is black, plus a ring with a tiny turquoise flower.
