went to Tarlac with my girlfriends.
and oh tacsiyapo is a curse word for kapampangans.
they have an area at the isdaan where you can release all your anger lol. you have to buy ceramic plates first haha, all the possible sources of anger are written on the wall and all you have to do is hit it but before you hit the target you have to shout “tacsiyapo”.
