I should be titling this post with a song title of The Cure’s as I am wearing their t-shirt. However, I discovered the song “Ghost Colony” by Tape Deck Mountain listening to satellite radio and I absolutely love it. It’s just as atmospheric and moody as The Cure, so it’s just as good a title.
I saw The Cure play live a couple years ago and it was one of the finest nights of my life. Mr. Robert Smith’s voice was more beautiful than I’d imagined. I said to my friends before the show that if he didn’t come out with giant hair and red lipstick I was leaving. I was not disappointed when he emerged.
There were a few concert tees to choose from but this one is by far the best. It’s black and white and has skinny 80’s Robert Smith standing with his back to the camera. His giant mushroom hair is present and accounted for. In the corner it says “Boys Don’t Cry.”

Love the hair!
