Ahoy Mate! I was pleased to open the mail to find a vintage grunge sailor dress from the wonderful and glorious Ebay! Now, I know I have been wearing my bowler hat a lot lately. but I can’t seem to muster up the energy to do my hair so it is a fabulous alternative. This dress was inspired from my perpetual love of nautical wear and Alexa Chung’s pretty version at “The Woodie Awards”. I love how vintage can look so modern!
The new year has made me feel very optimistic and I am trying to hard to put 100% into work, 100% into the blog, 100% into my relationship and 100% into the gym (is this even possible LOL- 400%). You know what I mean. I think this hard work may be a blessing and a curse. I have to work overtime to get everything done and I have to be super organized.
My boyfriend is a Crossfit athlete and he competed in the games last year. This year I was told that I will be on the affiliate team with a few other of the gym’s athletes. I am not excited about this, but excited for a challenge and to be a part of a team. I just hope I can do it. I have a few months to train really hard and eat perfect! I want to train hard before I commit to this new adventure! I am going to need all of your support!
