Lately I was invited to join Gyro in a New Year Show at TVP Studio Pozna?. We were asked to pull New Year’s Eve looks. I adore such events so I agreed to do it. I was told to show two looks (when the recording begun, it came out that the number had been changed to 4…) and the info about the program reached me a day before. Believe me, I did improvise! I owe a lot to my models, Chanel and Paula, who were so patient after having crossed the corridor in high heels so many times. Also, there was a lot of energy I sensed from Grzegorz, his model and the girls. As for the clothes, I finally came up with 4 sets. The first one was a black velour dress with the Balmain arms as a base. It’s been added colored details (indigo glittered tights, flowery necklace and a clutch with a great bow). The next outfit was a tight black dress with metal and leather details, so called glamrock. The third look was inspired by Rio de Janeiro (feather skirt) and Madonna’s ‘Like a virgin’. Naturally, I couldn’t do without the sequins, ruffled arms and the black bow pin. This look hasn’t been taken a photograph of, but it’s similar to this one. The outcome on the model was better, though. The last look was spontanously chosen. It’s black with significant details: ruffles (blouse), zips (top and gloves) and chains (clutch). Not to make it trivial – I added the purple bow. Personally I think that all the New Year’s Eve outfits should be crazy and bold. Wear the clothes you already know how you look in. Add a funny detail and simply have fun! Almost all the clothes I used for the sets were taken from my closet (apart from the furry skirt, silver leggins and two pairs of shoes), which proves that you can pull a look really fast. You can watch me on the 31st of December, around 6 – 7 p.m. on TVP Pozna?
