This skirt is new from Forever21 of course, my alltime goto store for just about anything. I know I’m a dork for shopping so much there, but I try to shop at other stores and nothing jumps out at me. Plus I’m trying to save spending money for shopping in Amsterdam and Paris, and this skirt cost like under $20! The snow is melting fast here now so I won’t have anymore snow pics soon. So sad.
