It’s been fairly chilly in the city these days; in fact you might recall a certain blizzard that blew into town this past weekend. Well chilly temps and crazy weather call for numerous layers if you want to brave the cold without freezing your tush off.
I add it on and pile it up, and usually I stay somewhat toastie when Jack Frost starts nipping at my nose.
