how are you? Hope you are having a great weekend.
As you can see from the post’s title it snowed in Italy too last night. This morning I decided to go out and take some pics, since I like snow a lot.
While thinking about what to wear I just thought that if everything around me was white I should have worn black. A classic black&white colour palette. No matter if white wasn’t really ON me but AROUND me, right?! :-)
I opted for a a velvet vintage top I received from my mum about a year ago but hardly wore – don’t know why since I like it very much. I sometimes forget items in the closet, ups… – and my favorite black leather-like skirt. As always I wore it high-wasted belted.
The coat is a piece I have since years. Actually it was from my mum when she was about my age hehe. The gummy boots are my passpartout boots when it snows.
The frivolous feather boa is a new entry I bought yesterday in a home center. It is actually a decoration for Christmas trees but who cares?! It was cheap and the effect is the same as the one you find in apparel shops. I strongly recommend to check the Christmas section in department stores. There are lots of cheap and nice things you can use as accessories or to do some DIYs: chains, pieces of textiles, pins, etc.
