I bought the top on Monday when I was at Zara in Chicago..It’s sweatshirt material, but I’m so in love with the padded shoulders and the fringe that wraps around the front and the back of the shoulder. So much fun! I bought these boots last night, clearance—$19.99! I think I’ll keep this on after work when I go out to Grand Rapids tonight.
