who knew such a pairing would go together ?
A friend from Maizaru (Kyoto prefecture) came round when I had more or less recovered from my icky hanamizu sickness and we had lots of wine and mochi to “celebrate”. Translation – Hanamizu is what you call a cold, a direct translation is " water flowers". Strange eh?
I’m kind of thinking I look slighty cartoonish – what with the stripey tee and the beret. That was by accident – I bought the beret on a whim on the way back from the wine shop and thought it was pretty cute. Then my fella said it looked like all my other hats because it’s black, but I don’t have a black beret. Plus 80% of my wardrobe is black……
I think the under-skirt was meant for those Lolita Gothic girls since I found it in the alternative/punk section of the vintage shop. Instead of leaving it well alone, I decide d that it had my name all over it and bought it anyway.
I’m that pretty soon I’ll be collaborating with another entrant of the photography competition that I recently entered. I’m looking forward to it, and can’t wait to get back into doing more art.
