As you can tell, the spirit of the holidays does strange things to a person, such as making them decorate a picture in animated Christmas stickers. I just couldn’t resist. I really don’t know where the crown on my head came from. Just call me the queen of Christmas then. My neighbor has not yet planted his row of trees yet, so I thought I’d do a little holiday sprucing up for him in the meantime. It is so so cold. And it’s all rain, rain, rain. I now it’s not as bad as say North Dakota, but to me this is freeeeeeeezing. Thank you green tea, heaters, and tights for keeping my bones at least semi-warm.
This is what I wore Thursday before the rain kicked in. It was just a lazy normal day and all I cared about was being cozy. I’m also so happy that I got to see my friend from UCLA yesterday, even for just a short little while. It really made me miss college life when not a day went by when I didn’t see my friends. I also had a wonderful little Christmas shopping day with my mom. Christmas shopping is always a good excuse to pick up a little something for myself because the sales are so good. I finally found the perfect pair of black leather studded short western boots!

All I really want is to spend time with the people I love, and to have everyone safe, healthy, and happy. I am lucky to have my family close during the holidays, and this is all I need. But let’s just say that Santa really did exist and I could have anything I wanted that I don’t already have, then this would be the Christmas list that I would send to Santa’s elves. But I will always still remember that Christmas is so much more than this. It is always wonderful to dream. I hope you all get everything you want for Christmas and even more! Ho, ho, ho.

I am so excited for The Lovely Bones movie adaptation to come out this month. I read the book twice when it first came out, and it captivated me. Check out the trailer on Youtube! It really fills you up with anticipation. It looks like a beautiful and chilling movie.
