I can understand where you're coming from. Although I suppose "geeky or dorky" is kind of the intention. To me it adds an extra layer of interest.
I had to buy like 4 pairs of geek glasses for a photoshoot. Creative decided not to use them on the shoot, so instead I used them to entertain the cranky model. Every time he went on set I put on a different pair, and when he would look at me I would say, "do these make me look smart?" - you would think that would get old... but I'm pretty sure he laughed every single time.

I bought like three pairs from Urban Outfitters. I also bought a cute pair from forever21. I've been eyeing the American Apparel ones... but they're just a little more than I want to spend.
Really? I think depending on how much you want to spent, everywhere from American Apparel to Ray Ban offer a version.
Bought mine on eBay, and recently popped in my prescription. Didn't know I had to coordinate my wardrobe differently though...part of their appeal to me is I dress exactly the same. Of course, I am also very lazy.
