Got my new donnicharm scarf in the mail the other day and couldn’t wait to bust it out! They come in a bunch of different colors (navy, black, burgundy, grey, metallic beige, etc…), then you get to pick a charm to go on it (which is what the little silver wing is hanging off of mine!).SUCH a tough time picking one out. Next order of business…haha jkjk. I was tagged by the wonderful SarahJaneR for the Beautiful Blogger award. Whiiiiich, to my knowledge, I am now to tell you all 7 random things about myself…annnnd tag some other fabulous Chictopians that I love visiting! Sooo here we go:
#1 (Wow, this is going to be exciting)…My real name is Whitney. Only my dad calls me Whit. So when my ex-bfs (once bfs, but then I found out they sucked..hmm go figure) asked if they could call me “Whit” I was like no. How awkward would that be to be reminded of your dad every time you’re with your bf? uuh yeah.
#2 I take ALLLL of my pictures myself. So don’t hate me when the picture quality sucks. I do my best.
#3 While I love fashion and such, my true passion is travel. Last summer I spent a month and a half on a solo trip around Europe. It was (by far) the best thing I’ve done in my life. Seriously. Met so many great people from all over the world and saw such wonderful things. If I could travel the rest of my life, I totally would. I kept a blog here if you’d like to check it out! :)
#4 I am extremely sarcastic and try to find humor in most things. For examplllle, yesterday my group and I are working on this business presentation we’re supposed to give next Monday and we’re reading through the slides and I suggest we start throwing in gangsta slang when are parts are done. Should go over well. hahah jkjk We’re supposed to be “professional, in suit jackets”. geeeesh.
#5 I’ve been told I look like Whitney Port from The City about a bajillion times. Love her style, so I don’t quite mind. :)
#6 Hmmm… I gave a speech on oatmeal last year for my speech class and ALMOST made it to the finals (no big deal, only having to give that same speech to about 1,000 people. no joke.) Thank goodness it didn’t happen. haha.
#7 The only TV show I HAVE to watch every week is Project Runway. Enough said.
