lipstick virgin Add as Favorite Photo
This is a momentous day for me as it is the first day I have ever worn lipstick (except for my younger days of ballet + the odd theatre performance) so I am pretty stoked! It is a pretty out there shade of red/hot pink so I thought I would wear all black to ease into this lipstick wearing lifestyle! I also found this vintage strawberry/watermelon red bag amongst my collection that I haven’t used in ages so I thought it would be a perfect day to take it out + break up the monotone!
Just wore my usual jewellery + my vintage black ‘audrey’ dress, black coat + black peeptoe heels (these were one of the two pairs I got repaired on the weekend, they are such a good back up heel so I’m glad I have them back in working order!) So a pretty basic outfit, but I didn’t want to wear something complicated + then chicken out at the last minute and wipe off the lipstick! So, I made it out the door to roadtest the lipstick-wearing me! (I should probably take an indoor photo next time, so you can actually see the colour properly, it’s really sweet!)
