Oh, The Avett Brothers! I hope to get my darling a pair of tickets for their show in Atlanta on 1-1-10. I wish I could join him. :/ Our relationship is very strong, seeing as we’ve been dating for about two years, yet we live in different cities. I, Toledo; he, Atlanta. It’s quite a long story. (The boy in a previous post is not to be confused with my William. He is my dearest friend, thus we went together as friends.) It’s a shame our photos together are limited..
Anyway? Let’s call this super casual Monday. Because honestly, nothing is more comfortable than a pair of tights, silk shorts, and a sweater. The tights are ripping, which I’m so eager about. I’m letting them take their own course rather than buying some or effacing them myself. There are several more tears, just not quite in view here.
Additionally, today marks my first day of diving back into the pool for the season. I’m not one for sports, and I’m quite terrible at them. But something about diving is different. It’s scary and you feel so vulnerable with new dives and powerful once you get it perfectly. And I love the smell of chlorine. It’s not much of a work out though, which is somewhat of a nice thing. I’m not really into the strenuous workout thing. Also, this is the one time of year I don’t really care what I look like. I don’t mind leaving practice in sweats, with wet hair, and stopping by McDonald’s. What’s five minutes out of my car?
Last. I was thinking about starting a blog once I get my new camera. A Nikon D3000. Maybe something bounced off of ihateyourfashion.com. Just photos of all the trends that really aren’t flattering, to say the least. There’s a lot of negativity in that, yet I hope to make it almost sarcastic and very playful. Not a bashing session. I just find that many people enjoy seeing how other’s dress (that’s why YOU’RE here, right?), even when it’s badly. Sometimes, especially when it’s badly. A good, innocent laugh at fashion’s dark side.
