i have this sort of silky blue shift dress i got for like $17 at forever 21 and have never worn. it always feels too dressy for everyday but too casual for anything that actually requires looking nice. i’m gonna try to wear it soon because i still like the dress.
i played a little dress up with it.
which way is better?

photo 1:
dress- f21
scarf- vintage
jacket- bershka
shoes- nine west

photo 2:
same as above, but replace jacket with thrifted gap cardigan.
and scarf tied in a bow.
