I’ve seen a couple other people post this dress on chictopia, so here’s my take on it. The lace slip is another one of my recent thrift store purchases (the dress is really short, so I needed something to cover my legs!) The tights have a great lace pattern to them, but you can’t really tell in the photo.

I stayed over at my grandmother’s and was able to snap these photos this morning while she was at Mass. That farm behind me is the one my mother grew up on in small town, Minnesota. We listened to some polka music and the Andrews sisters last night, thus the inspiration for my photo title.

I love how these photos turned out; I’m going to have to try and get outside more even though it’s always dark by the time I’m home from work and it’ll be snowing soon.
