Hello friends! =) Mmmm…there’s peace in the air.=) i like that.=)
I spent the whole day tidying up and i thought i deserve some Bailey’s. I like it with lots of ice.=) So we went to Finnegans and since we did finish GG in 3 days (two seasons!), we didnt need to rush home.
I watched Shania Twain’s concert this afternoon (during my one hour break) and i have to admit i’m missing my job. All my costumes and stuff are already in the box and i felt sad putting them away. I miss the noise (i used to come home with ringing in my ear.) I’m already at home but i would still hear guitar and drum noises. My husband would watch sometimes but i hate it when he’s there. He makes me nervous. he doesnt inspire me at all! No, its not about the short skirt, leather thigh high boots. He sees the smallest things like how awkward i look when i try to hold my microphone with my left hand! Everybody can do it but i dont know why i cant! So i stopped trying. He says i always look like im high on drugs or really drunk and wasted everytime i perform. (I cant just stand still singing welcome to the Jungle, can i?) And he’s also making fun of how my knees move with the beat of the song (it helps with the timing) =) and how i raise my hand when the notes are high. =) And he says i look ugly when its really high, with all my veins stretched and my face deformed. (Well, Better Days is not an easy song?) =( So when im up there and he’s sitting in the bar, i dont look at him at all because i’d just mess up, forget my lyrics or trip or worse fall. I told you he’s a terrorist, didnt i? He’s just jealous. he’s a frustrated musician! =) Mmmm….i miss singing “First cut is the deepest” by Sheryl Crow. Its a simple song but i really liked singing it especially during first set when we’re still warming up. It reminds me of my 17 year old self.=)

Ok. The outfit. I want you to meet my latest Stella (though you’ve seen it already with my Mickey Mouse shirt). I told you then that i’d present it properly one day…today.=) I was waiting for three-this, the maroon and the grey but only this one arrived. I hope the other two come as well. As you all know i love lapels and if there’s balmain shoulders, there’s Stella lapels (as it’s been copied by other designers like Derek Lam). She did this studded thigh high boots (which i am afraid i wont be able to get) and so when i saw Mango’s studded leggings, i grabbed it right away. I hope you like it.=)
