wishing you could see the puff sleeve detailing …stitched striped pattern. amazing. This dress is actually mid-calf length and wide with pockets. I have it belted and bloused …which I love but sadly leaves the pockets unusable. The top/back is open and ties …then buttons all the way down the back. I love it. It’s vintage. Ronnie Heller for MJ. I found it recently for less than $10.
