I love a skirt that twirls & this knife pleated, layered chiffon skirt does so with abundance. I tucked a purple beaded top (the breastplate beading is almost like a necklace, but I added another one for good luck) into the skirt’s cummerbund waistband. Grape colored tights swath my stems & I wore a pearl ring that reminds me of a tower of grapes. See me at fashionshesays.com.
