A dramatic twist on my Concept Skirt design, lipstick-wise!

This sassy skirt is constructed from sturdy cotton twill woven in a glorious, deep lipstick red. The skirt is a basic pencil shape with a flat front and gathers around the sides and back of the skirt. The waistband is lined with two strong, dramatic ruffles asymmetrically placed to the side and back.
