"It's All in the Mix"

Today was my first attempt at mixing patterns. I hardly ever do this because, frankly, I don’t feel like I would do it justice. However, there always is a first time for everything so I decided to give it a go. I used the same color scheme, so at least I was off to a good start…. then, I just went with that theme from head to toe. I pair the pattern swing skirt with my new strip top from Forever 21, navy tights, red pumps and red earrings. I was originally going to wear gray ankle boots, but I thought the red pumps work much better.
