I love this white scalloped dress (not least because Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf wore it to the white party during season 2). I transitioned the frock into fall with colorful tights & a black cardigan whose buttons are the fruit of my labors… Recently I bought a hodgepodge of vintage buttons (flowers, jewels & crests) at a tag sale in CT & spent some time refreshing my wardrobe.
