I thought I’d do my own little classic day-to-night styling of this sparkly little dress h&m had on sale in blue and gold. Since goldtones make me look dead or at least terminally ill, I chose the icy blue version. I’m not that big a fan of sparkles, but this metallic little shimmery number managed to put all my buttons and immediately rang holiday-y to me. I can just see myself singing christmas carols or kissing in the new year in this one.

But because it’s way too pretty to only be worn a couple of days a year (I’m not that big a partier, yes, once a gain I reveal my geek-factor), so I was determined to make it work for regular days at school. Here’s my quicky effort for both a party and an everyday occasion!
