This is one of the most “risky” outfits I’ve ever put together. It’s a little out there but I received quite a few compliments on the blouse and pants individually, and at least one on the outfit as a whole. I had a lot of fun wearing this and I’m glad I had the nerve to wear it to all my classes!
Oh, but i really wish i had a top hat.

blouse: thrifted
vest: borrowed from my loverly roommate
pants: wet seal ($5!!)
shoes: DSW
