What I threw on to go to the police post to lodge a police report last week. I hate to talk about it, but you see there’s this girl who’s been cheating online shoppers by pretending to take mass wholesale orders. And what happens is you never get the items you order, nor the refunds she keeps promising to give. And it’s been literally weeks/months now, and I hear that some girls have thousands of Singapore dollars with her.
Sadly, I’ve got a fair bit of money with her and I haven’t gotten a single cent back. And the police don’t seem to be hurrying their asses about all the reports against her either.
The lesson: be darn careful whenever you shop online. Don’t buy all at one go if you can’t be sure that the other party can be trusted, and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I just hope this mess gets resolved eventually and that she gets what she deserves. Because this isn’t the first time she’s conducted online fraud, and though it was minor the last time, this was massive and obviously planned. Actually, I can’t even fathom how such conscienceless people can exist..
