Inspired by all of your lovely Chictopians looking so sleek in your Forever 21 goodies, I decided to order from the sub-par Canadian site.
I picked out many pleather articles as well as leggings and skirts sparkling with sequins. I got my confirmation e-mail. Then I got another e-mail informing me my order had been cancelled because the shipping address did not match the billing address for my credit card.
I didn’t realized the billing address had to match the credit card address. (Oops!) I went into my profile and changed it, replied to their e-mail and informed them of my mistake. My order was not put through. I received no reply to my e-mail for three days. I e-mailed them again. No reply for another few days.
Then I get a call informing me that my credit card company is having trouble with their system. People’s purchases are going on other people’s cards and my card is maxed out. Okay, I e-mail Forever 21 AGAIN, explain, and ask them to cancel my order and send me an e-mail confirming that they’ve cancelled it.
It’s been over a week since I sent the first e-mail and NO REPLIES.
I am pretty disgusted with Forever 21 Canada’s business conduct and won’t order from them again.
Oh, well. I’ll just admire you Forever 21 clad Chictopians from afar! : )
