Dang, I'm a 7.5 and these are an 8. :( Good luck on your search...ACTUALLY I'm adding little black leather lace up hiking boots to my shop soon that would fit you. They are a 6-7, super narrow and in really REALLY good condition for vintage. They'll probably be $25, I'll let you know when they are up.
