I got this chiffon skirt from a boutique about 3 years ago.

I pulled it up and wore it as a dress and belted it with a suede tie that wraps around the waist several times.

Shoes are from Bebe and the clutch was about $20 from a no name shop in Manhattan.

Bag: Random NY store
