Last night I went to the Chictopia/Forever 21 party here in NYC. More party-time fun on my blog, check it out!
Very fun, although I wish there would’ve been more Chictopians there; it seemed moreso filled with randoms who turned out to support Forever 21. And by “support” I mean eagerly anticipating the Forever 21 swag….hmmm no comment on my goodie bag.
I decided that I would wear dresses from work for the past two nights’ events. This one here is from our sportswear line. (Later this week I’ll post one of my lovelies from the eveningwear line I design for.)
Back to this dress—I love it! The print is amazingly bright, yet the black brings it back down a notch.
Oh, and the shoes! I got the most amazing deal on these little guys—and seriously, they make me unnaturally tall, we all know I love that! They’re surprisingly comfortable and incredibly easy to walk in, maybe I just found my fave new Fall staple? Ok, probably not—I’m a boot kinda girl when it comes to fall, but these shoes will definitely make their way into my rotation sooner rather than later.
Wish you all could’ve been at the party last night, seeing only 6-7 of you was not enough for me. Although I will say a highlight was running into msthang77 at the party, what a fun girl! Hopefully next year the girls from Chictopia put together the same thing, and I’m crossing my fingers more of you can make it out. It was a delightful time…..Thanks Chictopia for a lovely party!!!!
