This week, as I walked out to my favorite spot to shoot with my favorite model who was wearing this fantastic little early 90’s, regal purple, checkered suit (and a delightful little top hat that I scored at Dandelion Vintage in Champaign, Illinois while visiting my big brother last month), we were aghast to find our well-lit wall tarnished with milky white paint in the shape of a message that read “think hard”. While at first we were discouraged, it seemed only right to make lemonade from this lemon and continue on with our shoot. While I don’t want to condone this type of defacement, its directive seems somehow timely and particularly relevant and so I thought it fitting that it headline this weeks update.
