I was in a bad mood the other day so I costumed up and had myself a Pretentious Hipster Day. Went to the library and then Starbucks for a green tea frapp.

I figured that between my “save the planet” canvas tote, stompy pirate boots, clever specs, real gold bangles, obnoxiously colored drink and almost-audible iPod, I looked just a little too good for people to want to be my friend.

Later I went and got some sunset pictures with my friend Rachel, finally. We wore our pretty coats.

I'm in love with it. I couldn't afford it ($80) but my dad bought it for me because it turns out I got enough credits in high school to cover a full semester at college, which saved him like $12,000. Nice trade I figure.
