I just got up…and it’s 6:00 pm. :(
Damn my life is fucked up…I went to bed around 5 am last night, oh no this morning 5 am! Yeap…everyday…every morning, sometimes I slept around 10 am. I often tried to sleep so hard at night, but my mind can seem to rest at night. It’s like my brian is constantly thinking about something that it can’t rest. It’s driving me crazy. Grrr.
The only way I can force myself to sleep is to take Benadryl, the allergy pills. It knocks me out within 10 mins. But the next day I woke up, feeling like I didn’t get enough sleep while I slept for 10 hours already.
It’s really hard to change your sleeping pattern once it has switched/ or changed. How do I get on a normal schedule? Any suggestions?
