kind of
I got a white oversized shirt (back when PE was still part of my agenda)
whacked it this way. slashed it like that.
grabbed some crepe ribbons.
twisted and threaded it to make straps and the back
I rather like the back teeheee

the peacock feather’s just for effect :P
