yes, target! :) be on the lookout for their "international go" lines they have every few months.. a guest international designer creates a line for them in each new season! it's fabulous

Me too. My mother thinks mine looks haphazard, but I actually like it more than the overpriced ones we pay for it the salon. And that's a huge bummer about the dress. Maybe it's online?
