Last month, I joined FitnessFirst after I got drenched twice in the rain while jogging around the neighbourhood. Since then, I found myself doing what I did while on exchange, being too lazy to iron my clothes. Except, this time, I hide my gym clothes underneath blazers and dresses. Remember those books we read while younger? Mysterious five or fabulous four or something like that, which claimed that the best way to carry clothes was to wear them?
Well, that’s my excuse anyway.
Clothes are my armour. The more tired and stressed I am, the tougher (and more honest- too fatigued to hide personality) my dressing gets. Well today I had my JLPT 2 mock test. Cramming for a 3 hour test is no joke, at least for a lazy person like me. Also, that ordinary looking cardigan saved me from freezing to death in Venice (Padova, we were in Venice because z was participating in the marathon). I was so cold I bought it while the girls were shopping for new bags.
Anyway, I’m glad that tough belts and shredded clothes are in so that I can finally wear that belt and those socks I bought years ago without standing out.
