Guys, i had to share this with you, i mean, in real time, as this just happened one hour ago!! ….:-))))
So, I was one of the 2nd week winners for TopShop Bicycle Club Contest and had been looking forward for my bicycle ever since …. Well, even though TopShop store in U.S. locates In New York, seriously, i didn’t expect a “personal Delivery”, especially not with the bicycle already assembled and ready go!!! On top of that, the 2 boys who came to drop off the bicycle were super super cute :-)) hehe…. And, knowing me, i had to snap several quick shots while they helped me putting the basket on and pumping up the tires ….
Well, to be honest, i was going to get a pic w/ the boys and my very own TopShop bicycle (yes, yes, remember??? i am sentimental!! and love to remember happy times!!), but the police literately came twice to us within 5 minutes and were about giving them a ticket for parking their jeep temporarily along the curb outside of my building , well, we could not let that happen, could we?? …. So, we had to rush to finish the set up and off they went!!! ….
On the other hand, if i have choices, i would always prefer to be behind the camera rather than in front of it – I love to take photos and am very happy about how those snaps turned out – i mean i was just using a point-and-shoot digital camera from Sony, and only took 3 shots and all of them were right on!!! – This alone also made me super happy!!! I have to say, lately, i am pretty tired of looking at myself all the times… so for once, a little change of scene!!! BTW: I thought this is also a good opportunity to show you all fashionistas how our New York downtown boys looking like during the week days …. don’t you just love how casual, nonchalant, chilling and summery they looked? For sure, I am definitely in for the long vintage (like) tank over a tailored shorts with roll up hem, and, yes, yes, the FLYING hair of Chris!!!!
Hope you all enjoyed these documentary pictures and shared my happiness for the arrival of this lovely, super fun and colorful TopShop Bycicle!!! Oh! almost forgot, apparently, the TopShop only made 20 of those bicycles for the contest only – and they are NOT for sale – so, Collectible item, yeah!!!
xoxo

Yay! CONGRATs on the bike! I'm really happy for you, thinking back to one of your early posts about bikes being a way of life in China. You totally deserve it, I feel as if I won the bike myself. haha.
