When I first spotted these silver necklaces, I knew I could put life into their cascading chains and do something wildly creative… and even though I was stoked to find them among my birthday gifts, they’ve been buried in the jewelry drawer penitentiary for almost two months.

So I figured it was time to flex the DIY muscle, and the palpable result is that Michael Jackson’s iconic wardrobe seems to have been a definite influence.
